AI-assisted hiring: how Job Vista matches candidates and employers

In short: Job Vista uses Google Gemini AI to read resumes (including scanned ones), fill application forms and score candidates from 0 to 100 against an employer's requirement, with a one-line reason for each score. Recruiters then review, call and shortlist candidates. AI speeds up the work; people make the decisions.

For employers: from requirement to interview

  1. You share the requirement: role, location, experience, salary and must-have skills, through the hiring form, phone or WhatsApp.
  2. Recruiters filter our candidate pool of 50,000+ profiles by role, city, experience, education and salary.
  3. AI scores the shortlist: each candidate gets a 0–100 fit score and a short reason (for example, "5 years Tally, GST returns, based in Katargam").
  4. A recruiter shortlists: we read the profiles, call candidates to confirm interest, notice period and salary, and send you the people who fit. First profiles usually arrive in 2–3 days.
  5. Interviews: we schedule interviews and follow up until the candidate joins. Placement fee is billed only after the candidate joins and completes 7 days.
