How we decide between custom and open-source
We start with a requirement study, not a product pitch. If more than about four fifths of what you need is standard (accounting, purchase, stock, sales), an open-source base such as Odoo or ERPNext is usually faster and cheaper, and we configure it and build only the missing pieces. If your competitive edge lives in a specific workflow (job work across many units, lot-wise costing, custom approval chains, a unique pricing model), a custom ERP avoids fighting the package for years.
Many clients end up with a hybrid: a standard accounting system that their auditor already knows, and a custom operations system for production, inventory and people that syncs with it.
Integrations
An ERP is only as useful as the data flowing into it. We integrate with:

Hosting and ownership: your choice
You decide where the ERP runs: in your own cloud account (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, DigitalOcean), on a server in your office, or on infrastructure we manage for you under an AMC. Either way the database and source code belong to you, the admin credentials are handed over, and backups are tested, so you are never locked in to us or to a vendor.

Is this ready-made software or custom?
Either. We build fully custom ERPs and also implement Odoo and ERPNext. After the requirement study we recommend one in writing, with the reasons and running costs.
Can I start with only one or two modules?
Yes. Most clients start with inventory or HR & payroll and add sales, purchase and production later.
Will my old data be lost?
No. We migrate your masters (items, customers, vendors, employees) and opening balances before go-live, and run old and new systems in parallel for a short period.
Can I use it on mobile?
Yes. The ERP runs in the browser, so owners and managers can check dashboards and approve requests from their phone.
Who owns the ERP code and data?
You do. Source code, database and admin access are handed over, and the system can run in your own cloud account.
Can it handle our country’s taxes?
Yes. We build tax logic per country (GST for India, VAT for the UK and Europe, sales tax in the US) or sync with an accounting system that already handles it.
How much does an ERP cost?
It depends on modules, users and integrations. We give a fixed quote per phase after a free consultation, so you can start small.
Do you provide support after go-live?
