How do I register on Job Vista?
Click “Sign up / Log in”, create a free account with your email, and upload your resume and our AI fills in your profile automatically. You can then browse and apply to jobs in one click.
Does Job Vista charge candidates any fee?
No. Job Vista provides free jobs to job seekers. We never take charges from candidates. If anyone demands payment to provide a job, please do not pay and contact us immediately.
How do I apply for a job?
Once logged in, open any job and click “Apply Now”. Your saved profile and resume are submitted instantly, with no re-typing required.
Will I be notified about my application?
Yes. You’ll receive email updates when your application is shortlisted or rejected, and when an interview is scheduled. You can also track everything in your dashboard.

Does Job Vista charge money to get a job?
No. Applying for jobs, job placement and career guidance are always free. Job Vista never charges a fee to get you a job. CV writing is a separate, optional paid service that you only pay for if you ask for it.
Can freshers apply on Job Vista?
Yes. Many openings accept freshers and 12th-pass candidates. Use the job filters on the Jobs page or upload your resume and our recruiters will contact you when a suitable opening comes up.
How does Easy Apply with AI work?
Open a job, tap "Easy Apply with AI" and upload your resume (PDF, DOCX, JPG or PNG). Our AI reads it and fills the form; you check the details and submit. No account is needed. If the AI is busy, fill the form yourself or apply on WhatsApp.
Can I apply for a job on WhatsApp?
Yes. Every job page has an "Apply on WhatsApp" button, or you can send your resume to our WhatsApp number 99788 85604 with the job you are interested in.
Do I need to create an account to apply?
No. Easy Apply and WhatsApp work without an account. Registering is free and lets you apply in one click, save jobs, track applications and get alerts for new jobs that match your role and city.
Which areas does Job Vista hire in?
Most of our jobs are in Surat and across Gujarat (Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Vapi, Bharuch, Ankleshwar, Navsari and more). We also recruit for employers in other parts of India.
Is CV writing free?
No. CV and resume writing is an optional paid service. You get the price before we start, and revisions are as agreed in your quote. You never need to buy a CV to apply for jobs or to be placed by Job Vista.
What happens after I apply?
A recruiter reviews your profile against the job. If it is a fit, we call or WhatsApp you to confirm details and schedule the interview. Registered candidates can also track the status in their dashboard.
How do I delete my data?
Registered candidates can deactivate their account from the dashboard. To have your data erased, email info@jobvista.in from your registered email or mobile and we will process the request under our Privacy Policy.
How can I check that a call or message is really from Job Vista?
Our only official phone/WhatsApp number is 99788 85604 and our email is info@jobvista.in. We never ask for money, OTPs, bank details or "tasks" on Telegram. If in doubt, call us or report it on WhatsApp.
