1. Terms & Conditions

  • The following terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted by the User on usage of the website jobvista.in. The terms "You" and "User" refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing this site for any reason.
  • The contents and services that Job Vista makes available to User in the Website of Job Vista (the "Contents" and the "Services", respectively) may likewise be regulated by special conditions which shall prevail over the General Conditions in the event of a discrepancy.
  • Job Vista reserves the right to modify at any time and without prior notice, the appearance and structure of the website of Job Vista, as well as the General Conditions and/or the relevant Special Conditions.
  • Job Vista shall under no circumstances be responsible to pay salary to job seeker(s) if the candidate is working on the client's payroll. Job Vista shall in no event be responsible to supervise, guide or monitor any activities of the candidate recommended/referred by Job Vista.
  • Job Vista shall not be responsible for any default in the work done by the concerned candidate(s), as the candidate(s) will be working under the employment, control and instructions of the Client as its employee.
  • Job Vista is not offering nor providing any TA/DA to client or candidate(s)/job seeker(s) to go for an interview in any company referred by Job Vista.
  • Job Vista does not charge any fee at any stage of its recruitment process from the candidate(s)/job seeker(s). There are individuals in the market who wrongfully try to acquire payment in our name — these communications are purely made with the intent to defraud candidates. Job Vista has not authorized any individual to acquire any kind of payment from candidates.
  • jobvista.in tries to ensure that the Contents are of the best possible quality and reasonably updated; however, jobvista.in does not guarantee the usefulness, preciseness, completeness or relevance of the contents and expressly excludes any and all kind of liability for errors or omissions.

Intellectual Property

The General Conditions herein shall not be construed as to assign any industrial or intellectual property rights over the jobvista.in Website or any parts thereof. The User is expressly prohibited from carrying out any reproduction, transformation, distribution, public communication, extraction, reusing or resending of any parts of the jobvista.in Website, except where lawful or authorized by the holder of the relevant rights.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the unique nature of our services and the need for individualized agreements, refund and cancellation terms are addressed separately for each engagement. We aim to provide exceptional service and work towards your organization's success.
