MVP Development
Test your idea with real users, in weeks, not months
An MVP is the smallest product that proves people want what you are building. We help founders cut the idea down to one core workflow, build it in short fixed-price sprints, and put it in front of real users quickly, so your next decision is based on evidence, not guesses.
- Scope workshop first
- Fixed-price sprints
- Real users, fast
Why most MVPs take too long
Feature list keeps growing
Every "small" addition pushes launch back another month.
Unclear success measure
Nobody agreed what result would prove the idea works.
Budget burnt before launch
Open-ended hourly billing eats the runway before users arrive.
Polish before proof
Weeks spent on design details that users never notice.
How an MVP engagement works
Short, fixed-price steps. You can stop after any of them.
What you get
Scope workshop
One or two working sessions to define users, the core workflow, the success metric and what is deliberately left out.
Clickable prototype
Screen designs you can click through and show to prospects or investors before any code is written.
Working MVP
A real web app with sign-up, the core workflow, basic admin and analytics, deployed, not a demo on a laptop.
Fixed-price sprints
Each sprint has a fixed scope and price agreed in advance. No open-ended hourly bills.
Measurement built in
Events and a simple dashboard for the metric you agreed, so you know whether it is working.
Clear next step
A written recommendation after launch: what to keep, what to change and what to build next.
What belongs in an MVP, and what does not
A good MVP does one job well for one type of user. It needs a way to sign up, the single workflow that delivers your core value, a way for you to see what users do, and enough polish that people trust it. It usually does not need multiple user types, complex permissions, a mobile app, every payment option, or automation for things you can do by hand for the first fifty customers.
In the scope workshop we write the "not now" list as carefully as the feature list. That list is what keeps the build to weeks and the budget fixed.
MVP or full SaaS build?
Choose an MVP when the main risk is whether customers want the product at all. Choose our SaaS development service when demand is proven and the risk has moved to scale, billing, security and reliability. The MVP is built on the same clean foundations we use for full products, so if it works, we extend it rather than throw it away.
After the MVP
Once real users are in, you decide with data: extend the MVP into a full product, pivot the core workflow, or stop and save the rest of your budget. If you continue, we can carry on as your product team, provide a dedicated developer, or help you hire your own engineers and hand over cleanly.
Technology we use

Engagement models
Pick the model that fits your scope. You can switch as the project matures.
Fixed-price sprints
Each sprint has an agreed scope and price; you approve before the next one starts.
Best for: MVPs and first releases where budget certainty matters most.
Dedicated developer after launch
A developer who knows the code continues on a monthly basis.
Best for: founders iterating weekly on user feedback.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to build an MVP?
Weeks, not months, for a focused MVP. The exact timeline depends on the core workflow and is fixed in writing at the end of the scope workshop.
How much does an MVP cost?
We give a fixed quote per sprint after a free consultation and the scope workshop. You know the total before any code is written.
Will I own the code?
Yes. Code, designs and intellectual property belong to you, and the repository can be in your account from day one.
Will we have to rebuild it later?
Usually not. We build MVPs on the same structure we use for full products, so a successful MVP is extended rather than rewritten.
Can you sign an NDA before I share my idea?
Yes. We sign your NDA or ours before the first detailed conversation.
Do you work with non-technical founders?
Yes, most of our MVP clients are. We explain choices in plain language and write everything down.
